The house was amazing. So many things to enjoy and entertain a group. The house had everything needed for the week. Kitchen fully stocked. You will not find any staple food items, like seasonings, cooking spray etc. I was concerned that the extra blankets we used in the closets, were to be folded and but back in the closet when we left. Making me think they do not get washed.
The management company fell short however. We paid to have the pool heated. Arrived Saturday, come Sunday afternoon it was absolutely freezing still! The pool guy came out Monday and verified it was not turned on. Once tuned on the pool was literally hot, guessing in the mid 90's for the rest of the week. Emailed and called the office multiple times with no response. We we're also disappointed that there were no corn hole boards available as advertised. Management was unable to provide these during our stay. Again never communicating with us, unless I went into the office.

This house is amazing. The reviews that mention it being outdated are crazy. The house is in perfect condition.. beautiful location, lots of space, and so many amenities. Even with 20 people, there's so much space that you never feel like you're all over each other. You get lots of space to all be together and lots of room to have your own space when you need it. The only thing I would suggest to the property owners is to add a bathroom on the ground level or near the pool. There are 9 bathrooms in this house and not one on the ground level with the pool. Other than that, great house! We had a great stay!
