    The river side view rooms are pathetic and in terrible condition worst stay. The food was good if you go and sit in dinning hall otherwise in room service all food comes in a cold way coz the dinning hall is too far please book other rooms but not river view rooms they are terrible

    Had a bad experience, The hotel is short staff and most of them are frustrated with management not listing to them and selling high price booking without provided premium facilities. The just opened Nov 25 and not experience in handling premium clients. My room had water leakage in celling for Rivervier Delux room i paid 20k per night. No proper response time, the restaurant is chaos during Dinner and Tea time and most surprising cleaning staff through away bottles in river to clean the bank area. Please plan and confirm before planning to book this resort with Family and elders. The do not even think to put ramp for senior citizens and disabled people over their reception and restaurant pathway which is basic we even get in 2 and 3 start resort. Over all 2 rating..

    We have traveled with a 7 month baby and we booked this room at ~10000 per night + taxes 1. The hygiene is extremely poor in room. Sofa bed and chair upholstery had big stains and dust 2. There is lizard potty on wall at multiple places 3. For the rate at which they are selling this room there were zero amenities- no iron box, no minibar, no extra towels 4.Not sure if there is a spa because no one is offering nor they have placed its details in room 5. Fridge abd AC look decade old and are dented 6. Wifi poor 7. Staff is polite and well groomed however not proactive 8. Breakfast service extremely slow and out of limited items ordered we had to follow up 9. Pool extremely dirty, no attendant nor a towel stack no one to help if towels are over 10. Washroom next to pool are horrible..shower dont work properly no warm water abd very dirty 11. No cushion on pool day beds just metal recliners 12. Food is decent both in price and taste Overall not really finding it worth the amount spent for 3 nights
