    One should definitely consider this property — the food and hospitality are truly exceptional. A special mention to Manager Anmol, whose professionalism, warm attitude, and attention to every small detail made the experience even more memorable.     We had come to Dhikala for a photo tour and on the way back to Delhi we stayed for 1 Night at the Zana Resort. Location is good. Property is newly renovated and very clean. Food was good. Only issue is staff needs more training.

    I had a very disappointing stay at Zana Resorts. The service quality and staff behavior were far below expectations. Despite the property being advertised as premium, the actual experience was completely opposite. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, showing no interest in resolving guest concerns or providing proper assistance. The property itself was not well maintained — cleanliness was lacking, basic amenities were missing or poorly managed, and the overall atmosphere didn’t feel welcoming at all. Even after raising issues multiple times, there was no proper support or follow-up from the management. For the price they charge, the service and hospitality were unacceptable. I would not recommend Zana Resorts to anyone looking for a comfortable or pleasant stay. There are far better options nearby that truly value their guests.
