This house is PERFECT!! has everything you need! From beach toys to a wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas. Pool towels. Everything you would find in your own home. Bring clothes and food. Thats all you need! The hot tub didnt work while we were there, we did reach out to the property about it, said someone would come out. They never did. Wasnt a huge deal. Hopefully they fix it.. everything else was great! Enjoy your stay here

Primarily chose this home due to how close it is to the beach and that there was a pool! It was so easy to go back and forth to the beach with rowdy boys and amazing to be able to finish off night or start morning with the beautiful pool. We went to Cocoa Beach for space camp and the Kennedy Space Center is fairly close. If you need groceries, Publix is down the street as well. The beach area was not as packed as it is by the pier so that was a definite plus. Now cons of this place are that the hot tub did not work when we got there. Eventually someone came out to ultimately look at it but the lights in the pool did not work the entire time. Also, with this being a new listing I assumed the home would be more renovated. The beds and decor are nice but the home needs a major remodel. The dining/living area is small so even for a family of 4, the adults stood to eat. Also, the boiler or AC unit in the hidden closet in the hallway is loud. We got used to it but at first it took us by surprise. My son opened the door and when we saw how filthy it was, we never opened that door again. Would I go back? Probably not until theres a remodel. Did we enjoy our stay? Yes due to the pool and home location. Thank you for having us.

Perfect location for the beach and a pre-cruise stay. Having the pool was a wonderful amenity! Three bedrooms worked well for the three adult couples that stayed. The indoor shared space was a bit tight for all of us, but the yard was wonderful!
