About this house rental
Have a fantastic vacation at this beautiful new 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath beach house within 200 yards of Cocoa Beach! It's ideal for extended family get-togethers, vacations, or corporate retreats.
The Pelican Beach House was designed with your comfort in mind. The open floor plan includes a downstairs great room with a 60 inch smart TV and high-end furnishings. An expansive fully furnished kitchen contains indoor seating for 12, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dishes, and pans. Sliding doors open to a view of your own heated relaxing private saltwater pool with a Baja shelf for sunning. Patio furniture and a barbeque grill surround the pool area. A bath with tiled shower and lovely lounge area are located on this floor for your convenience. A twin rollaway bed is available upon request.
Upstairs, a large master bedroom contains a king size bed, 49 inch SmartTV, and a double futon. The master en suite bath with corner soaker tub and separate shower also contains a convenient full size washer and dryer and walk-in closet. A balcony overlooking the pool can be accessed from this bedroom or from a hallway door.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 both offer queen beds and 39 inch SmartTVs. Bedroom 4 has two twin beds, 39 inch SmartTV, and a closet.
The garage houses a large washer and dryer. Two bicycles, a beach wagon, surfboards, belly boards, beach umbrellas, and toys for the beach and pool are here for your use. The garage and driveway provide parking for 4 vehicles, and public parking is available around the corner.
The property was built by the owners with easy access to the beach. There are no streets to cross, only a sidewalk to follow to the dune crossover. It's as close to oceanfront as you can be without being oceanfront. The Cocoa Beach Pier is a short walk of less than 1/2 mile down the beach. Stores and restaurants are also nearby, several within walking distance. The Space Coast Stadium Complex is 25 minutes away, making our beach house a relaxing place to stay after the ballgames.
This 2400+ sq. ft. beach house is one of two adjoining townhouses on a corner lot. Each townhouse has the following amenities:
*Private heated pool (not shared)
*SmartTVs in every bedroom
*Use your own Netflix, ect. accounts
*Some TVs have HDMI cords for gaming attached
*Internet service
*2 washers and dryers
*Towels and linens provided
*4 parking spaces
*200 yards from the beach
*New construction
*Beautiful tropical landscaping
Check in is 4:00 PM EST and check out is 10:00 AM EST. Security deposit is $500, cleaning fee is $245, and state and county taxes are 12 %. Renters will receive entry code and directions to the property. A single rollaway bed is available upon request for an additional guest. The price quoted is for up to 8 guests. Additional guests are $25 per person per night. Minimum age to rent this property is 30. We do require a rental contract and a phone conversation. This house does not qualify as a wedding or reception venue.
We are fully licensed with Brevard County and the state of Florida to operate as a vacation rental.

Great communication with our host, Cathy. Excellent location. Not even a minute walk to beach and other great activities also within walking distance. Our family did the aerial adventures, mini golf and go carts and we walked to all of them. House was clean and very, very well stocked. Had everything we needed!! We were there with kids and grand kids and everyone had a great time!!

Everything was as described. Location was great. Had some difficulties with kitchen pots etc for the size of our group. Owners were very helpful.

The house was very clean, close to the beach and most/all items needed for a great time at the beach were provided. The host was wonderful through the check in process, during the stay and through the check out process.

Excellent host and property! They really care about visitors. Cathy provides excellent communication and information to enhance your stay. To our surprise, there was a high chair, hair dryer in the bathrooms, two washers/dryers, iron and board, and a complete kitchen with toaster, microwave, water kettle, coffee maker (uses basket type flat bottom filters). I write this because we didn’t know it had all of that! So close to the beach and it has the private pool and outside grill. Honestly, with all it offers, you really just need to show up! We really appreciated Cathy! Excellent hostess.
