About this house rental
Enjoy the beach at this stunning 5 bedroom, 3 bath private home within 200 yards of Cocoa Beach! Location, location, location! There are no streets to cross on your way to the beach. It's a straight shot down the sidewalk to the beach crossover. Look down the beach to your right and you will see the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, now called the Westgate Pier. If you are a family group heading to Disney, we are only an hour away from the theme parks. If you are part of a baseball/softball team we are located 25 minutes away from the Space Coast Stadium Complex.
Have a large family group? No need to book multiple rentals! The Seahorse Beach House is ready to accommodate large family groups. It sleeps 2 on the first floor and 8 on the 2nd floor. This is one private home that stands in its own ground with its own private heated freestyle pool.
The Seahorse's first floor includes kitchen, dining, breakfast nook, and TV lounge all in one open floor plan. The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, dishes, ect. A lovely rattan dining set seats 6 persons, while 3 may sit on matching stools at the counter bar. A cozy breakfast nook seats 4 guests. Thorough french doors off the kitchen area, a screened sunporch is the perfect place to relax. A queen bedroom is located on the first floor with a shower bath nearby. This is a perfect room for those requesting a downstairs bedroom.
The second floor is capable of sleeping 9 people in beds. A large master bedroom contains a king-sized bed, HD TV, and has its own private balcony. The master ensuite bath contains a separate shower and soaker tub, along with a walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 contains a queen bed, HD TV, and opens on one side directly into the hall shower bath. A new washer and dryer are located centrally in the laundry room on this floor. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a full double bed and has lots of built-in shelving for storage, as well as a closet. Bedroom 4 is set up with 2 twin beds and a window bed with a custom mattress that is sized between a full and a twin. It also has HD TV. This would be a great room for several children or teens.
A large lanai overlooks the lovely private heated pool and provides more options for seating and dining. Your group may prefer to enjoy meals here with both an adult table and a children's table. High end pool furniture makes sunning a breeze on the pool deck. Pool toys and beach toys are provided for your enjoyment.

Great location the beach. We enjoyed the laid back vibes of Cocoa Beach between making the short commute to Orlando for the theme parks. Awesome host. Awesome property. Awesome trip!

The property was fantastic for a large family. So much room to spread out. My grandchildren loved having their own space in such a soothing atmosphere. The several seating areas were great for eating meals. Walking to the beach was a breeze. The older grandkids could to the beach several times a day. We loved the beach chairs provided and the wagon to get everything yo the beach and back. One family took their kids to The Dinosaur Museum, while the other headed to putt-putt golf. We visited Cocoa Beach Pier, NASA Space Center, Ron Jon’s, Surf Style and had some great food. We spent a lot of time in the pool too. Such a great asset.

The house has a nice setup. Very easy to get to and easy access to restaurants and the beach. It does need some work as there were some, what looked to be mold on the ceilings. The mattress's as well were very broken down and need to be addressed. Overall the house was nice just needs some tlc.
