The property is newer and has good security. Easy to access transportation and stores. There was only one set of sheets and towels for two people and the laundry is two blocks away, and you must leave it for the business to wash, then pick up later. There were some kitchen supplies. We needed a can opener, and had to buy toilet paper, towels, trash bags and soaps for the kitchen and bathroom.The spices available in the cupboard were only salt and pepper and some oil, as well as artificial sweetener.

The apt was great and the neighbors were welcoming. Accessible to just about everything. Love standing on front porch and people watching.
