First of all, the host, Martin is one of the kindest people you’ll meet! Since our stay was long, he often asked us how things are and what we may need. The neighbor hood is in a perfect location to walk or bus many places! The apartment is full of sunight and although the kitchen was small, and not much storage, it worked!

We enjoyed our 3-week stay in this apartment. The check-in process was very easy, and we appreciated Martin's flexibility with our arrival and departure times. The pluses: a safe, secure building; a wonderful location in Pocitos with the beach, restaurants, and cafes just a few blocks away; a comfortable bed and a great shower; awashing machine and drying rack in the kitchen; a full-size fridge; a dresser in the living room with extra storage space, plus lots of room in the bedroom closet; enough outlets. Things to be aware of: there's no AC in the bedroom, so it can get warm in there when it's hot outside. The bathroom only has hand soap--bring your own body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. To make coffee there's an electric kettle and a French press, but no electric coffeemaker. The towels are not in great shape. Overall, this was a great place to stay for a few weeks and we appreciate Martin's hospitality!
