Le point fort incontestable est la vue : l’appartement est situé directement en bord de plage et le lever de soleil est tout simplement exceptionnel. Se réveiller face à la mer est une vraie expérience. L’emplacement est également idéal, proche de tout, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement à pied. Il y a une laverie pratique dans le sous-sol de l’immeuble, ce qui est un vrai plus pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. L’appartement est plutôt petit et la salle de bain est très petite, mais cela reste fonctionnel. L’hôte est très réactif et répond rapidement aux questions, ce qui est appréciable.
Dans les points à améliorer : l’appartement mériterait un grand nettoyage et une remise à neuf pour être au niveau de son emplacement exceptionnel. .
