Excelente servicio y amabilidad

Nice location and checkout was easy. It serves the purpose for a night but is not what it conveys in the photos and description.

This place is advertised to convey the idea that you are getting something in line with the landmark palace that it is within. To set the record straight - what I found was that the walls and ceilings were covered in tacky plastic panels of fake marble, the toilet needed a glass jar under it to collect leaks with a bug trap nearby, that the window to the outside wouldn't work property to latch firmly so you hear the outside city noise and that the hallways would be clean but dismal and dated (and nothing in-line with the grandeur of the building's exterior). As far as check-in, the host requires you to ask for the key code rather than just sending it at check-in time which can be a hassle if you don't have a signal. Or you have to wait outside in the hallway and connect to WiFi and wait for the entry which is a hassle as well given it's very simple to just proactively send the guest the entry code. Lastly, the host adds a surcharge to pay electronically despite listing saying you'll pay when you arrive and that cash not accepted (in fact paying cash was the only way to get the rate booked). Don't like the games.
