The staff behaviour was exceptionally nice. Really accomodating. My bus was at 3pm and check-out was at 11am, but they allowed me to use the room till 2:45pm. They also adjusted to my needs, let me use the whole property whenever I requested.
They don't have any hot water services, which is really essential during winters (I visited in November end/Dec beginning). Also, since there are lots of trees and bushes around the property, insects/mosquitos/bugs are a real issue. They should do something about the mosquitos. Rest everything was fine.

Stay was near Varkala, 10-15 min. Property was big.
Not cleaned properly. Toilets were also not cleaned properly. The dining table and chairs were on the roof. We had to use the smaller tables.
