MBA - Boulangers Splendide Appartement

Fantastic location. Comfortable bed. Excellent kitchen area. Good shower. Washing machine, iron and ironing board a nice bonus. Good instructions on how to work the key safe and get into the apartment. Two metro stations nearby connecting to two different lines, and easy walking distance to the Latin Quarter. Good well stocked Carrefour supermarket around the corner. A comfortable and enjoyable stay, overall.

Total lack of ventilation as there are no opening windows or Aircon! You can't really leave the door open as it's literally in the street. Glad we were staying in cooler weather. All the TV and audio visual equipment was broken and unusable. No warning was given as well as complete lack of information on how to use any equipment including how to get hot water. Main door lock needed maintenance and was hard to operate (needed lubricant). Extremely disappointed that the home cinema in the basement was unusable.the owner seemed unconcerned and even the TV upstairs didn't work.

Proprietatea a fost curată. Personalul a răspuns prompt când a fost necesar.

Nu avea niciun geam să se deschidă. Mirosea a mucegai din cauza subsolullui. Ar trebui să se astupe cumva intrarea de pe scări care duce la subsol

De ligging is top, in een gezellig buurtje vlakbij 2 metro stations. Binnen ook alles netjes. Sleutel systeem werkt perfect.

De metro die precies onder het appartement door rijdt hoor je erg goed en komt je nachtrust niet ten goede. Het internet was tijdens het verblijf offline ivm betalingsachterstanden (aldus de vermelding van de provider) waardoor TV en internet niet beschikbaar waren (filmkelder dus ook niet). Het contact met de host verliep stroef, ik kreeg geen reactie op mijn berichten.

1. We loved the location in the Latin quarter. Close to Metro 10 and 7. Boulangeries right down the street for fresh bread and pastries. And close by grocery stores. 2. Well stocked kitchen although some of the nonstick pans looked like they were at end of life. 3. Had a washer which was huge for us to be able to wash our clothes since we had packed light. 4. Comfortable bed 5. Good shower albeit in a crowded cloak room shared with the washing machine.

1. Our biggest issue - As soon as you enter, there is a musty odor as if there has been water damage. Did not like that at all and made it unpleasant. There were parts of the floor that were soft underfoot as if damaged from water in the past as well. 2. External appearance was meh - the apartment appears to have been a workspace / store in its past life. There was not a traditional door but a glass front which was frosted white for privacy. Other apartments in the neighborhood have wooden doors that you open and walk in to. Not this one. 3. We had trouble with figuring out how to operate the stove and washer. Owner did not have an idea of how to use them either so we were reduced to trial and error till we figured it out.
