Jó volt a hely elosztása, és a légkondi. Az hogy minden ablakon volt szúnyogháló. A kulcs átvételének a menete pedig kellemes és egyszerű volt.
A székek, az ágy nagyon nyikorgott és túl puha volt. A zuhanytálca volt hogy besüppedt, illetve nagyon alacsonyan van a mosdókagyló. Az AI képes párnák.
