Wystrój hotelu, blisko do basenów termalnych

Pobyt w Hotelu Cascade Resort & Spa był naprawdę udany i z przyjemnością będziemy wspominać ten czas. Dużym plusem jest bogata oferta atrakcji – bilard, tenis stołowy oraz dostęp do strefy SPA znajdującej się wewnątrz hotelu pozwalają świetnie wypocząć niezależnie od pogody. Śniadania i obiadokolacje były bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone, dzięki czemu każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Zdecydowanie polecamy hotel osobom szukającym miejsca, w którym można połączyć relaks, dobrą kuchnię i aktywny wypoczynek.

Dzieci zwróciły uwagę, że podczas naszego pobytu przy obiadokolacjach zabrakło frytek, które bardzo lubią, więc ich obecność od czasu do czasu z pewnością byłaby miłym dodatkiem. Pewnym minusem była również dodatkowa opłata za Termy w Jaskiniach – naszym zdaniem wygodniejszym rozwiązaniem byłoby ujednolicenie ceny pobytu i uwzględnienie wszystkich atrakcji w cenie, dzięki czemu oferta byłaby jeszcze bardziej atrakcyjna i przejrzysta.

Perfect location with beautiful few, big nice garden around. Family room big enough, cosy tarrase, very comfortable beds. Quiet area. Tasty food and big choice, helpfull staff. Private thermal pools open till 2 at night.

At the time we were there aquapark was closed as well the swimming pools outside so our kids were disapointed and we did not know this might be closed in June.

The location is easy to find at the far end of the village although quite a drive from Budapest. There´s a big car park in front of the hotel. The interior of the hotel is nicely done and elegantly furbished. Our room was spacious and the view from the terrace was nice. The food was tasty and there was some live music on Saturday evening. There is an inside pool, which is more like a pond and some saunas. There are also some "sauna-seances" which come free of charge but you need to register for them.

There´s obviously an indoor garage as well but we were not informed how we could have used it. In the room the shower cabin and the toilet are separate and divided by a glass wall from the main part of the room. Yet both the toilet and the shower cabin have glass doors which makes using them uncomfy. The staff´s performance was rather poor than polite: breakfast buffet was not refilled (despite requested) and the young lady at the reception was also quite unfriendly. The hotel charged an extra HUF 8,000 (cca 23 EUR) per person for a wrist-watch with which we were supposed to have been able to enter the cave-bath. When we got there we realized that the turnstiles were not working so we could easily go in an out of the cave bath. When we got back to the hotel it took quite some time to achieve that we don´t get charged for the use of the armband. The internal saunas are nice but the "sauna-seance" was conducted in a rather small sauna, which was packed - was not very enjoyable.
