Luxury Holiday Home with private rooftop

Property is massive for 1 person but really clean and tidy, host had really good communication with me and didn’t bother throughout my stay and I’m sure they would have help if I had any issues. Neighbour two doors down became a really good friend and felt like home here.

Duża przestrzeń, sprawna klimatyzacja. Dobre WiFi. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, pomoc w każdej bieżącej sprawie. Prywatny parking. Dobra lokalizacja- blisko do plaży na spokojnym osiedlu.

Brak informacji podczas rezerwacji o podatku w wysokości 3 euro za dzień za osobę. Brak czystości w kuchni (naczynia, szuflady)

The property was located walking distance from the Flic-en-Flac beach and benefited from TV and wi-fi. The place was well equipped with fridge, cooker etc and air conditioning in the bedrooms. It is located in a reasonably quiet location with parking space. Most of the property was very clean but it could have done with a vacuum cleaner to facilitate maintenance. Bathrooms glass and drain area could have been cleaner (glass screens and drain area in particular). The property would easily accommodates 4 adults + 2 children (we were only 3 adults and 1 child)

What I mention below won't bother a lot of people but for us it is the difference between what I would call Luxury vs Good. My rating of this property is good and would have been higher had it addressed the following: - it needs a dishwasher - it is reasonably quiet because there were occasionally stray dogs barking at night - it needs an air conditioner downstairs (the bedrooms are equipped with aircon) - the front door key is fiddly to use and one can easily lock oneself out with the way front security grille works However by far the biggest issue was the quality of the showers and taps. There is plenty of hot water on demand but there were no proper mixer showers (or taps) which meant that the showers in particular had to be constantly tweaked whilst showering and would continually change from very hot to cold making the experience unpleasant. Therefore, solely for that reason we would not stay there again and hence why rated fair on value for money.

Excellent value for money. We had this huge place for ourselves, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen (very well equipped) and living room, private rooftop. 10 minutes from the beach, supermarket, yet in a very quiet neighbourhood. Nalini the owner was always available via whatsapp and answered all my questions before and during my stay. To be honest, I was a bit affraid to book this property as they only had 4 reviews, but the reason being was that its a brend new place. We had a wonderful stay, thank you very much for eveything!!!
