Appartement moderne très spacieux, lits confortables, 2 grandes salles d'eau attenantes à chacune des chambres, parking privé dans la résidence. Electromenager adapté aux longs séjours (tout ce qu'il faut pour laver le linge et faire le ménage). Ascenseur très appréciable pour monter les valises. 3e étage avec vue dégagée (pas de vis-à-vis). Emplacement à 5 minutes à pied de la grande et superbe plage publique et des resto du front de mer.
Un détail : cuisine super bien équipée en électroménager (plaques, hotte, four, frigo/congélateur, micro-onde, bouilloire, cafetière italienne) mais manque un peu d'ustensiles (égouttoir surtout).

A beautiful, clean and spacious apartment that is both functional and comfortable. The property is secure and offers convenient ground-floor parking for one car. Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access, it features a well-equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a workspace. The small balcony is a great bonus, offering a lovely open view. There is a shared swimming pool available at the property.
A few points for improvement: the air conditioning would benefit from proper servicing for more cool air. Two fans are provided, one could be cleaned to improve airflow. Some electrical sockets were not working. It would be helpful to have a small dustbin in both bathrooms. For longer stays, adding a cupboard in the master bedroom would be appreciated.
