    Need to do Room maintenance needed in rainy days but food quality and other room services are awesome

    Camel Valley Resort is acted at very good place, food is also good. However, the property is not at well maintained only clean thing you will see is swimming pool. The rooms having dampness on wall, cupboards were broken, the rooms were stinking. We had to ask to change the room that also they did after 1 day. Really very disappointed with the the property and not at all Value for Money.

    Resort allowed group of corporate guest to stay in premises , they were creating noise ,playing karaoke using high volume sound box etc. despite several calls to reception on the disturbance in the night till 2am there was no response from resort authorities

    The rooms were not cleaned properly. The hall carpet had stains all over it, and the seating arrangement in the hall was dusty and not neatly arranged. The bedroom had an unpleasant odor. The bathroom was not cleaned, and the toilet had stains all over the western commode. The bathtub had clogged hair.
