    ⭐ 1 STAR — CHECKED OUT WITHIN 10 MINUTES DUE TO SERIOUS SECURITY CONCERNS Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. FULL REFUND REQUESTED. The problems started with the extremely poor approach road, which is in terrible condition and makes reaching the property difficult and stressful. However, the most serious issue was discovered inside the room. 🚨 SERIOUS ROOM SECURITY CONCERN There was no proper inside locking arrangement/tower bolt. The room had only a key lock, with no additional lock that could be secured from inside. This raised an immediate concern about the safety and privacy of the occupants. The property is also in a remote area with little/no mobile network connectivity, making the situation even more concerning. Because of this security issue, we did not feel safe staying in the room and checked out within approximately 10 minutes of entering the hotel. This was not a case of staying for a night and then complaining about minor facilities. We left almost immediately because we did not consider the room's security arrangements acceptable. 🚤 BOATING FACILITY Although boating was available/advertised, when we wanted to use the boat, there was no boat driver available. This was another disappointment and something that should be clearly communicated to guests. 💰 FULL REFUND REQUEST Given that we checked out within 10 minutes specifically because of the serious room-security concern, I strongly request the hotel/booking platform to issue a FULL REFUND. We did not leave because of comfort, personal preference or a minor inconvenience. We left because we did not feel comfortable or secure staying in the room. I request the management and booking platform to take this complaint seriously and review the property’s security arrangements. Guests should be able to expect a basic, secure inside locking mechanism and accurate information about the facilities before making a booking. ⚠️ PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING. Future guests should specifically confirm the inside door-locking system, road accessibility, network connectivity and availability of activities before booking. ⭐ 1/5 — Checked out within 10 minutes. FULL REFUND REQUESTED.

    The location provided is exactly the same as shown in pictures also the food quality was good and would recommend to have it atleast once in a day. Just a suggestion if you are driving towards the location with bike then make sure you drive through car route and not the bike route because the bike route is inside village and is not recommended. So do travel via car route which is much easier.

    My stay at Vikas Boat Club and Resort near Pawna Lake was honestly very memorable 😍 I had booked an AC room, and to be honest, it turned out even better than my expectations. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The AC worked perfectly, giving a cool and comfortable vibe — especially since it gets a bit warm during the day near the lakeside, choosing an AC room was definitely the best decision 👍 The biggest highlight is the location — the lake view is extremely peaceful and relaxing. The morning view and evening sunset feel next level 🌅. It’s a perfect spot for nature lovers, with a completely chill vibe. The staff was also very cooperative and helpful, the service was smooth, and I didn’t face any issues during my stay. Overall, it was a really great experience — if anyone is planning a stay near Pawna Lake, I would definitely recommend booking an AC room here. A perfect place for a weekend getaway, whether with friends or as a couple 👌
