New property, well maintained, mattress very comfortable. Decor is "upscale Ikea", kitchen well stocked. Easy walk to NW Crossing, nice restaurant choices, couple cute markets. 2-mile walk downtown.

Only one complaint - The AC system is located above the third floor. There are 6 units in the building, and all 6 fans are above the two top units. You definitely can hear the fans running at night. Needs some type of sound insulation. Not a deal-breaker, we slept fine, but when you wake up, it's noticeable.

The location is fantastic, and the facilities, cleanliness, key handover, and beds were all impeccable. I highly recommend this place. You are 10-15m away from everything in Bend, perfect location!

The hot tub in the apartment above us was noisy! The vibrations reverberated through the floor, keeping the person in the bedroom below awake.

Location is great. Place is great. Response from Avant Stay customer service also great. No complaints at all on these items.

First visit we stayed on the 3rd floor and found HVAC to be very loud. Not an issue during the day but it's all you hear at night. This time we tried a 2nd floor unit to see if being one floor further away from roodtop HVAC would be quieter. It was, but there is still a loud hum that goes on & off. Very loud in the master and middle room. We moved to the front room and the hum wasn't noticeable. We'll still come back but light sleepers should be aware.

The unit had a great layout, nice furniture, and several clean and comfortable areas, especially the bathrooms and bedrooms. Most things inside the unit worked well, and customer service through AvantStay was responsive and helpful.

The unit was on the third floor with no elevator, which was difficult after long days of biking and fishing while carrying luggage and gear. The stairwell had an unpleasant smell, the garage access was inconvenient during rain, there were no extra blankets or throws for the sofa, the outside furniture had heavy yellow pollen, and communication through Booking.com/property messaging was frustrating.
