Spend your vacation in our beautiful Westside home, and call it your home for the time being. Enjoy the views of the city and surrounding mountains, ski or snowboard in the winter, enjoy the close mountain bike trails, golf or tennis, take a walk, float the river, walk downtown, enjoy Bend like a Bendite! Located on Bend's Westside, close to shopping, 5 minutes from Downtown or the Old Mill District and 20 minutes up the hill to Mt. Bachelor, camping grounds and lakes. Located in close proximity to great golf courses within half a mile!
This spacious 3,000 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a beautifully landscaped yard is the perfect vacation rental for your next visit to Bend. Ground floor has a family room, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. Large fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, convection oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. The kitchen is on second story with the views and another bathroom and two bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and one bedroom has a king. This is an incredibly fully equipped home with all the amenities, TV’s in every room, WiFi, air conditioning, ceiling fan and an open living room with a gas fireplace on both floors. The home has several steps 10 outside and 14 to the mail part of the house.

Our stay was amazing. The house was amazing, and the hosts were spectacular!

Excellent location near downtown, Pioneer Park and other river parks. Very quiet neighborhood with a lovely view of Bend.
Our main complaint was concerning the cleanliness of the carpet, area rugs and the sheets. They all need a good washing and the interior itself needs a good dusting.
The open floor plan of the living and dining area was very comfortable and our host, Katharine, was easy to communicate with.
