Stay away from this place
No lights in the bathroom all week, fridge had mouldy stuff, electrical wires out all over, wasn’t a nice week at all would never stop there again

Not very clean or comfortable, lots of home improvements needed.
Property was in a good location
Unclean, damp in the room, 7 days with no lights in the bathroom, a container of rotten food left in the room, dining room has a broken plug socket, rotten food left in the fridge, television would not work, i reported the problems and nothing was done about them even though i was told it would be sorted.

I don’t recommend this accommodation.
I couldn’t get in to the property. I tried to call the provided number but no answer. I left a voice massage but no one came back to me. So I had to book alternative accommodation.
Very poor communication with the team.

Don't rent this place. The landlord doesn't care about you and the place is dirty.
The house is dirty. There is a rat in the house that will eat your bread if you leave it on the counter over night. There was a flooding in the basement. The bed was uncomfortable. I could feel the springs in my mattress.

no key to lock room , no towel , paid for parking space not available stayed one night , not four as booked , went elsewhere

Value for money, only lacked prompt communication.
The house has a useful kitchen, and the host left some cereal and tea bags for guests.
Communication with the host about getting the entry code and about getting the repayment of the damage deposit was slow. This was the only frustrating thing.
