If the guests are still at the house when housekeeper arrived 15 minutes after check out time $100 will be charged automatically.

Community Indoor and outdoor Swimming Pools are available for guests in the community $15 fee per person, guest passes can be rotated within the party.
If you decide to use community swimming pool you will need to submit the form 48 hours prior to your arrival.

Nice, large, and clean property. Good place for a family get together. There is a fire pit and large deck for gatherings. Community center offers a big pool and gaming center. We had a great time here!

My plans to get away for my 40th birthday was a breathtaking experience. a few icy roads. We managed The cabin is beyond amazing it's beautiful the cleaning ness we had a clean lining. Everything we needed was there to satisfy my stay the space in the long pond cabin is awesome, if you come with a few family friends everyone can go in there own area or y'all can stay together game room was awesome 🌟 a beautiful kitchen. Beautiful living room. Beautiful second living room bedrooms cosy comfortable the hot the tub was amazing I will be booking this beautiful ooohh soo amazing cabin quite a few more times I thank the owner for allowing me to bring in my birthday I enjoyed myself also my family and friends did also... once again THANK YOU 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 GO BOOK THIS CABIN AMAZING

We had high hopes for this rental as most of the reviews were positive. Overall, we were disappointed and would not stay here again. I will start with the positives: clean, large deck, plenty of space and bedrooms, updated kitchen with good amount of cooking supplies (no measuring cups or spoons/cookie sheets), second fridge in the basement.
Negatives: AC units do not work. When we arrived, the two units were off. We were hoping that they needed some time to catch up, but they never pulled cold air. The temp read 63 all week, but it only pulled cool air for less than a minute. I reached out to the owner to ask about the AC the evening we arrived, and he said that they would need some time to catch up. To think that two wall units would be sufficient enough for a house that big is not realistic to begin with; but to have them not even work was a huge inconvenience for our family. While it was cool a few days, it was stifling most days and nights. I informed the owner a few days after our arrival that they were still not working and probably needed serviced. The hot tub needed a new filter and proper chemicals. We used it the second day we were there and it was filthy afterwards. We drained it and added new water; also pulled out the filter to see what it looked like. The filter was so disgusting we didn’t put it back in. I reached out to the owner asking about chemicals and he said that he didn’t think any were there and offered to stop by since he was in the area. He never showed or reached out to help with the hot tub. The hot water in the house was almost non-existent. Stated in the check-in notes we were given, it said that only two showers can be used at a time since the house has a tankless water heater. While utilizing only two showers at a time would have been fine, that was actually not the case. The water would be scalding hot for 30 seconds and then be freezing cold. We would have to stand in the shower and wait for another 30 seconds until we could get hot water again. Mind you, this was with only one shower going. It was nearly impossible to run a bath for the babies, wash dishes, or anything else that we needed hot water for. Both the AC and the hot water usage were grossly misrepresented in the listing and by the owner. The house itself was in need of some maintenance and TLC. There were various things broken and loose. This house could be an excellent rental if it was more maintained and all amenities listed were functioning.
