All this on the lake. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck or relax in our jacuzzi (overlooking the lake)while your children play in our own playground.
Tucked away in a private community (Indian mountain Lakes). Access to 2 community pools, beach, tennis courts, basketball courts, 5 lakes(one just for fishing), playground. beaches and pools are seasonal. No charge for badges we have enough for everyone in your party.

Downstairs is a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms and a bedroom. It boasts all the amenities and space you need for an unforgettable and memorable stay. Sleeps 16

Located next to the living room. It has a TV, game table, foosball and a pool Table.

Step right into luxury with huge widows overlooking the lake. With woodburning fireplace and a 75inch smart HD Tv you will feel right on vacation. With our brand new comfortable two full size couches and beautiful decor throughout this living room wont disappoint but make you feel relaxed and away from it all. weather you are enjoying a quiet evening after a day of adventure or entertaining guests our living room is perfect. Make memories with friends or family in our thoughtfully designed space!
DINING ROOM
Our dining room is ideal for connecting and enjoying the company of each other. The table is fit to sit everyone comfortably.
KITCHEN
Totally gutted and redone this brand new kitchen is sure to please. It is a perfect place to prepare meals while hanging out with friends or family. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. We have cookware, utensils and dinnerware. The beautiful granite countertop provide ample space to prepare meals as a good place to hang our and chat while cooking. Whether you are a gourmet chef or just enjoy cooking this kitchen is sure to please!
BATHROOMS
Indulge in our designer style bathrooms. All gutted and totally renovated. Two of the bathrooms are on the main level with walk in showers. Upstairs you will find a elegant 2 sink bathroom with a tub.
BEDROOMS
Our beautiful bedrooms are the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of playing and adventure. Boasting high end mattresses and linens you will enjoy a peaceful and restful night sleep. We have 3 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs with nonsuite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms feature two full beds each perfect for children. each bedroom is bright and cozy with plenty of storage so wether you are staying few nights or few weeks comfort is guaranteed.

There is no fishing or kayaking on the lake facing the house from Nov 1st thru may 23rd. There is a fishing lake few min drive from the house.
The community beach is walking distance. There ae 2 pools and 5 lakes in the community. There are also playgrounds, tennis courts and basketball courts,

Wonderful stay at this gorgeous lake house for 12 of us with a picture perfect lake view. There are very few houses in the community right on the lake so the views are natural and much of the lakefront is undeveloped. Perfect set up for our elderly parents with no steps to get in and a bedroom and 2 bathrooms on main floor. No steps to deck either. Enough space inside and outside with lots to do. Game room and hot tub were a blast for us, fishing off the dock and s'mores as well as outside meals enjoying the lake view. The community pool and beach were enjoyable and nice to have access. Morning walks around the neighborhhod were peaceful, many deer around the properties. Lots of privacy with no neighbors on either side. Kayaks were there to explore and we used the other lakes in the community. Comfortable beds and great furniture, plenty of chairs and table space on the deck. Kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. Very clean, nicely decorated, thoughtfully stocked and Maggie was a responsive host. We would definitely return.
