The space
Private!! Park 1 car in garage and 6 cars or 2 cars and a boat or RV in driveway!!! View of sunset from pool area and from new bench on dock. Park your shallow water boat at the dock or launch our (3 single) kayaks from the dock to tour the Intra Coastal!!! Or fish! (1 rod in garage) Fish filleting sink on dock with running water.

Private property with a private pool, a tiki hut by pool with ice maker and mini fridge to hang out at in the Treasure Beach canal. Pool heat is $25/day, $150/week, or $500/mo.
Short .4mi walk to quiet Butler Beach!!! Can also drive on with 4 wheel drive. Beach chairs, large cooler with wheels, and hot/cold shower by pool for sand! Treasure Beach private walkway to beach now has stairs at the sand. Not as easy with strollers and wagons.
Other things to note
Brand new concrete house at 9-1/2 ft above sea level with boards measured to cover windows in case of hurricane.
