Lumìa House - Green Room

In Palermo’s historic center, a cozy room with a balcony—perfect for breakfast in the sun—before setting out to explore the city, whose historic center is among the largest and oldest in Italy. The house is located in the city’s historic district, just a stone’s throw from the historic and lively markets. Close to the city’s nightlife but sheltered from it.
The Space
A room with a balcony, inside a renovated, bright, standalone house. The house has a private entrance where you can store your bikes. On the first floor, there’s a spacious living room with a shared kitchenette and a bathroom for your exclusive use. You can book either one or both rooms in the house (“Casa Lumìa—green room + Casa Lumìa—beige room”).
Guest Access
The entryway, living room, and kitchen are shared spaces that may be used by guests staying in the second bedroom in the house.
Other things to keep in mind
By booking Casa Lumia—both the “Green Room” and the “Beige Room”—you can accommodate 4 people and have the entire house to yourselves.
