Enjoyed the stay-great place to have as a base

We liked the location 10/10. The apartment looks great.
BUT
Late checkin has an extra charge (that we paid) however we still waiting almost an hour late at night to get keys.
kitchen sink need to be disinfected due to roach
$$$$
