A cozy apartment of about 55 square meters, sleeping up to 4 people, located on the fifth floor (elevator to the fourth floor). The property is located in the heart of Palermo’s historic center (ZTL), just a short walk from Piazza Pretoria and the Quattro Canti.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a balcony, and a panoramic terrace on the upper level.

The space is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, electric oven, microwave, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, 32-inch flat-screen TV, sofa, and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed and closet;

- BEDROOM II with a double bed and closet;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- TERRACE (on the upper level) with outdoor sofas and armchairs.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split-system units in the living room and both bedrooms), independent heating, washing machine (on the balcony), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building equipped with an elevator. The elevator goes up to the 4th floor; from there, a flight of stairs leads to the apartment.



PLEASE NOTE: There is an external spiral staircase on the balcony leading to the rooftop terrace; please exercise extra caution if traveling with children.



PLEASE NOTE: The area around the inner courtyard and the staircases leading up to the 4th floor is under video surveillance.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is allowed and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM

EUR 20 from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM

EUR 30 from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even for an additional fee.
