Lumìa House - Beige Room

A cozy room with a large window overlooking a private terrace, perfect for sunbathing before setting out to explore the city, which boasts one of Italy’s largest and oldest historic centers. The apartment is located in the city’s historic district, just a stone’s throw from the lively, historic markets. Close to the nightlife but sheltered from it.
The Space
A room with a small terrace, located inside a renovated, bright, single-family home. The house has a private entrance where you can store your bikes. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a shared kitchenette and a bathroom for your exclusive use. You can book either one or both rooms in the house (“Casa Lumia—beige room” + “Casa Lumìa—green room”).
Guest Access
The entryway, living room, and kitchen are shared spaces that may be used by guests staying in the second bedroom in the house.
Other things to keep in mind
By booking Casa Lumia, including both the “Beige Room” and the “Green Room,” you can accommodate 4 people and have the entire house to yourselves.
