About this house rental
Bring the whole family (including fur babies!) to this large home with lots of room for fun. A perfect landing spot for your adventures in the Driftless region, especially if fishing or boating is involved! Just minutes from the Dresbach boat landing on the Mighty Mississippi, where there's also a small park and beach. This cozy house sleeps a large family or two couples with kids. Large open kitchen & dining space with counter seating, connected to the living room. All situated under the bluffs in a quaint river town, alongside the Interstate for easy access to the La Crosse area or your Driftless region adventures.
This home is a comfortable location for a big family or group traveling together, with large main floor bedroom that opens to a back yard space. There is a bathroom adjacent to the main bedroom which has a large jetted soaking tub, along with a shower. Upstairs there is another full bathroom along with a large open area that can be used for kids to game or watch movies, while the play nook also has a twin bed. Two bedrooms upstairs each sleep two people - one with a full bed and a large closet space, and the other room has two more twins. Large fully accessorized kitchen with open concept into dining and living spaces. Separate working area with glass doors. Front sitting area overlooks river to watch sunrises.
Clean, well-behaved pets are allowed, and a pet fee applies. Must be crated while parents are away :)
Other things to note:
Large yard surrounds the home - enjoy the fresh air as you watch the eagles fly over the Mississippi or watch the trains go by. Sit under the bluffs in the backyard space with fire pit. Side deck with glass entry doors to dining room.
Room for 3 vehicles parked parallel to yard, in the gravel lot. Parking for large vehicles with boats, campers, etc. on street in front of property.
Walking distance to park with playground, basketball and sandy swimming beach on the Mississippi. Bring your fishing pole!

We visited our granddaughter who is in college at Lacrosse. We were able to bring her dog and ours too. Loved the location and watching the trains and Pete’s bar was just a short walk away. We really loved the house too , it was everything we wanted.
