The bright and spacious interior has been finished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings and modern appliances throughout. The large open plan living space is made up of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. There is a large master bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed made up with crisp hotel linen, as well as storage space for clothes. The second bed is in a partitioned area just off the living space. The modern family bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the apartment for the duration of their stay.

Located in the Waterloo area of Liverpool, you are within stone's throw of an array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Crosby Beach, home to Antony Gormley's Iron Men is just 15 minutes walk away, a great place to enjoy a walk, with lovely views across the bay and out to sea. Waterloo train station is also just 10 minutes walk away, with regular train services into central Liverpool taking just 30 minutes.
Getting Around:
As mentioned, you have an array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants on your doorstep, as well as a supermarket and cinema. There are regular train services into central Liverpool taking just 30 minutes from Waterloo station. It is a 20 minute drive or Taxi Ride to central Liverpool.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
