A walk-in shower room, toilet and basin can also be found on the ground floor. The double bedroom is situated on the ground level with views of the garden. Up the stairs to the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with kingsize bed and built-in wardrobes. There is a Smart TV tucked discreetly in the wardrobe that can be pulled out for your enjoyment and a dressing table with mirror. Both bedrooms benefit from comfortable mattresses, quality linen and hairdryers. Adjacent to the master bedroom you will find a second bathroom complete with bath with shower over, toilet and basin. Rhyl beach just 3 miles away, Colwyn Bay and the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno all a short 30-minute drive. If you enjoy walking and rambling across rolling Welsh hillsides, then you will find plenty of interesting paths right on the doorstep. Pick up the Offa’s Dyke path, just 5 miles away in Prestatyn, trek through this area of Outstanding Natural Beauty whilst admiring the sea views, castles, and hill forts along the way. Please could you put the bins out on Monday evening as they are collected early on a Tuesday morning. All bins will need to be placed at the front of the cottage on the driveway, by the road, next to the public footpath sign. This will ensure they are ready for new guests to use.The Welsh Government has introduced new waste and recycling rules for holiday rentals in Wales. This means you must empty and clean all items before disposal and separate your waste into the designated bins. Non-compliance could result in you receiving a fine, so we appreciate in advance your cooperation.
