Here you can unwind on the large wooden deck or in the garden under the big old apple tree. The apartment is part of a semi-detached house, so you’ll have complete privacy. There’s a spot for every family member to relax, as well as quiet spaces for the grandparents. On the first floor, there’s a cozy living room with a sofa and armchair, a TV, games, and books, as well as a dining area with benches, chairs, and a table. The large, well-equipped kitchen—featuring a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an induction cooktop, and an oven—opens directly onto the inviting southwest-facing terrace. This way, you can start the day with a lovely, cozy breakfast in the garden while making plans for the day ahead, or the kids can quickly head over the dike to the large playground to run around. Also on the first floor is a beautiful, modern bathroom with natural light, featuring a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet, as well as a towel warmer and plenty of storage space. The entryway features a coat closet and the staircase leading to the upper floor. Here you’ll find two additional rooms and another natural-light shower room with a walk-in shower and the same amenities as the bathroom on the first floor. One room features a double bed, a large closet, and space for a travel crib; it also boasts a view of the dike and an additional TV. The second room has three single beds and a large closet. All rooms are heated by underfloor heating. With an area of approximately 66 m², this beautiful accommodation can accommodate up to 5 people. It is located in a well-maintained house with a lovely atmosphere.

The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, an induction stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Thanks to a wide variety of kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, you can easily prepare your own meals here during your vacation.

For day trips, the location offers excellent access via the nearby train station (500 m) and the harbor (300 m), which offers boat tours.

Facilities:

The three newly renovated vacation apartments can accommodate 2–5 people. Thanks to the path up the dike right in front of the house, you’ll reach the fishing harbor in just a few meters. The popular Alleestraße, with its numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, is also nearby. Apartments 1 and 2 have their own terraces. Apartment 3, located on the upper floor, has its own spacious balcony. There is a lockable bike shed equipped with video surveillance.
Each apartment has its own parking space next to the house.
