This modern 3-room apartment, which sleeps up to 5 people, is located in a beautiful residential area on the Ostdeich.
This stylishly furnished apartment guarantees a pleasant vacation with plenty of comfort.
From the balcony, you can fully enjoy the view of the dike and the sun starting at noon.
There’s also a great seating area in the apartment’s bay window with a view of the dike.
The bathroom, renovated in 2026, is equipped with a walk-in shower, a window, and a towel warmer.
In the bedroom with the two single beds, one of the beds can be extended to 1.60 m, allowing two people to sleep there.
A parking space is located right next to the house. Bicycle storage is available in the basement. However, there is no elevator and no ramp. You can access the apartment via an outdoor staircase with stainless steel grating.
