The living-dining-kitchen area is a truly cozy space where the whole family will feel right at home. The large, comfortable leather sofa is a real eye-catcher that fits perfectly into the heart of any living space. The north-facing balcony can accommodate up to five people.

The kitchen area is divided into a kitchenette and a kitchen island with an induction cooktop, allowing you to set it up exactly as you wish. Right next to it is a solid dining table that invites you to linger.

The master bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed for restful nights. The second bedroom offers a total of three sleeping options: two single beds and a pull-out mattress. The pull-out mattress is suitable for children.
