    There are better hotels with stars etcetera. For us this is the best, we stay here aleays when we have transactions in the city . Perfect breakfast. Just as the rest!

    We enjoyed our 4 days stay here. Buffet is the best and the staff are accommodating! The room is so clean as well!! Will book again once we comeback in Cebu

    We initially booked and paid in advance our Premier Room City View Accommodation last week for my sister-in-law and her husband's stay this Friday. The payment was successful, we even received the Booking Confirmation reflecting the Premier Room Accommodation from Agoda. Then we booked another for Thursday after 2 days, and since the Premier was already fully booked, we settled to book Standard, thinking that they will just transfer rooms the next day. Now, when we checked in last night and verified of our Bookings, the receptionist in Diane's Residences said that we were booked for Standard Room for both days. What?! Even when we showed the booking confirmation file sent to us, we were refused and explained that we bring up the complaint with Agoda. They said they received payment in Standard Room from Agoda. What?! Yes, we booked it under a promo price, but there were no conditions mentioned that rooms might change, NONE. We were promised that what we booked for is where we'll stay. We did not even book the Pay Later, because we want to lock in the Premier Room. This Room was selling out fast. I hope this can be fixed amicably by the hotel. I just feel that I can't trust Agoda and Diane's Residences anymore. I will update what will happen tonight.
