About this house rental
Beachfront living with breathtaking ocean views, a private outdoor sauna with sea views and direct access to the beach. Why are we different, best views of the ocean reef, quiet surrounds, 15 meters down to the beach, just watch the world go round. Very few properties offer this closeness to the sea, where you can step straight onto the sand and head for a swim/plunge swim after a sauna.
Welcome to Beachfront Luxury Retreat, a stunning beachfront holiday home located right on the Bell Block coastline in New Plymouth. From the front gate, you have direct access to the beach, where you can enjoy a swim on this sandy beach, try your hand at surfcasting, explore the reef by diving, or simply relax in the outdoor sauna while taking in the spectacular sea views. The property also provides direct access to the Scenic Coastal Walkway, making it easy to explore the coastline by foot or bicycle. Enjoy a scenic walk or cycle past some of New Plymouth's beautiful swimming beaches and golf courses, continuing all the way into the CBD — approximately a 30-minute scenic walk.
For convenience, Parklands shopping area is just a three-minute drive away, providing everything you need for your stay. Families will love the nearby Hickford Park, within walking distance, with its velodrome, bike/BMX park and sports grounds.

This is a large house, with a large bedroom, bathroom and deck upstairs. Garage is available, as is a clothes washer and dryer. It’s a minute or two walk to the water, and a 15 minute drive to the heart of the city. Neighborhood was very quiet, beds were quite comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely recommend

Well maintained, attractive property with a lovely sea view- A stunning master bedroom with stacks of space. Marion was a very available and accommodating host. Would love to stay there again.
