This cozy home locates at the east of Montreal, 3 big gardens around this duplex.This apartment has 1 bedroom,1 kitchen and 1 bathroom, it's half basement but has sunshine during morning. No air conditioner but very cool during summer.
It's very convenient to travel around Montreal, only 5 minutes walk to metro station, takes 20 minutes to downtown by metro, no need to transit.Also we can provide 2 places free parking on the parking lane.Street parking is also available.

The area is nice residenntial The property is quiiet very well organized Providing all tthe utensils for a comfortable stay annd very clean Pparking lot is right at the front door Wifi and internet is strong Ggood commubication with the owners

Generally clean place, definitely scuffed up in some areas but that's okay. Only thing is that me and my family of 4 stayed here, and knowing there was 4 of us only provided 2 forks, 2 coffee pods, etc. Please know that they do not provide toilet paper even though it is meant to be included. Also know that all the plugs are extremely loose and it is a challenge to use them as everything falls out. Otherwise was close to the metro so was quite convenient.
