La localisation est pratique. Le logement est rénové. L’air conditionné est apprécié. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle.
Il manque des choses de base comme une éponge, des capsules pour le lave vaisselle, de l’huile, du sel et poivre. Les câbles apparents un peu partout.

Logement spacieux, bien équipé globalement, propre.
Dommage que la terrasse et le jardinet ne soit pas entretenus, ça pourrait avoir un charme fou. Les poêles sont inutilisables tellement elles sont rayées, abîmées. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le lave vaisselle car il y avait trop peu de vaisselle à disposition.

Tutto, appartamento super! Ammobiliato con gusto, caldo, ben accessoriato, ci si potrebbe tranquillamente abitare stabilmente.

Très bel appartement confortable et décoré avec goût. appartement très bien équité dans un quartier résidentiel calme.
L'appartement est un peu excentré est nécessite de prendre le bus et le metro pour se rendre au centre ville.
