Appartement très fonctionnel, moderne et confortable.

Le manque d'insonorisation avec l'appartement du dessus.

Le logement est confortable et très moderne. Il est bien situé à 5min du métro. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue gratuitement Lieu idéal pour profiter de Montréal et se reposer le soir. Parfait cela correspondait à nos attentes

Tout était parfait La terrasse est commune accessible par les escaliers à l’arrière. Elle n’est pas au même niveau attention. Nous n’en avons pas profité préférant rester au frais de la climatisation.

The bed was ok. The place was very clean. The view from the top is nice too. Parking is available for free on the street.

"One-Bedroom Apartment" is not like the other apartments in the photos. The kitchen is simply a table with a microwave and a hot plate in the middle of the room and a kitchen sink right next to the bed. The rating for it should not be mixed in with other units. The room has a stair right in the middle leading to downstairs, even if it's closed with a door, the feeling is uneasy if you're alone and you can hear everything that is going on in the downstairs apartment. For the price I paid, I feel this was not worth it at all.
