The house sits on 5 wooded acres with stunning views of Mt Hood, and ranch land on both sides. Outside space includes hot tub, brick patio with pergola and seating, large grass lawn. Inside includes a wood burning stove, Amazon Echo music system and TV, both connected to Wi-fi.
Fiber internet, Radiant floor heat, 3 Mini split heat/AC units, Level-2 EV charger, full-size dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Master bedroom upstairs has a king bed with view of Mt Hood. 2nd upstairs bedroom has a queen + twin bunk beds. 3rd bedroom on the main floor also has a queen + twin bunk beds.
Our home is in a rural, farming community, and our neighbors farm their land, so sometimes there are sprinklers going on, and farm animals nearby.
