Home was clean (did have a slight sugar ant issue in the kitchen). Easily located to the freeways. Neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. Listing was not appropriately listed with beds for the 10 guests we had but seems that the host has amended the listing to remove the couch and air mattress for the sleeping of 3 in the common area. Had difficulty hearing from the host the evening of our check in due to an engagement - several hours to return our calls.
