Building amenities include a heated indoor pool, two outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, BBQ area, and underground heated parking. The hot tub is a frequent post-ski destination for guests. A great family ski trip to Breck. 10 min walk to the gondola, ski down through the parking lot directly to condo, a short walk to town. The unit was quiet, beds and linen were excellent. Questions were answered promptly. Look forward to coming back.

This unit was very clean and uncluttered which we appreciated very much. The location is also a plus as it is ski-in from the 4 o'clock trail on Peak 8. The bed linens in the master bedroom were above average -- a real plus! However, the unit is overdue for a total refresh as the current condition of everything was disappointing. The check-in process was also delayed as the key cards were not in the lock box per the instructions; however, the property manager responded in a timely manner even after discovering the contact number listed in the description was incorrect. We also had to pay for a property damage waiver which we found unusual as we have never had to pay this fee before. We are responsible adults, so we found this annoying. Overall, we felt the unit was overpriced as we have stayed in nicer units in Mountain Thunder that were less expensive.
