This 3-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom condo is the perfect mountain retreat for families or groups of up to 10 people. The living area has high ceilings and lots of light for an open, airy feel; there’s plenty of seating for the whole gang, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV. You’ll also love stepping out onto the patio to take in the crisp mountain air! The fully equipped kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to feed the troops after a long day on the slopes. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for two more at the breakfast bar.
Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, shared hot tub access, parking for two vehicles, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are stocked with fresh linens and towels as well as basic toiletries. We had a great stay! The condo was clean, communication with the rental company was fast and easy, and the layout was perfect for my family of 5 (3 teens) plus another couple. The snow wasn’t great so we didn’t use the ski route nearby but did walk to the gondola to get up to Breckenridge. The location was also an easy walk to downtown for food, groceries, etc.

We liked the condo and the location. Having two parking spots was terrific. The hot tub was across the parking lot and not very warm. The condo was decorated nicely and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies.

Great location to town and easy to get to slopes of peak 7 and 8 with the free bus right outside . Liked the two bedrooms downstairs and main upstairs. Little tricky with the 2nd bathroom being on main floor but not a huge deal. Great views, well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again. Host is super responsive as well.
