This 3-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom condo is the perfect mountain retreat for families or groups of up to 10 people. The living area has high ceilings and lots of light for an open, airy feel; there’s plenty of seating for the whole gang, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV. You’ll also love stepping out onto the patio to take in the crisp mountain air! The fully equipped kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to feed the troops after a long day on the slopes. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for two more at the breakfast bar.
Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, shared hot tub access, parking for two vehicles, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are stocked with fresh linens and towels as well as basic toiletries. - Bedroom 2: queen bed, flat-screen TV, private door to lower patio. (sleeps 2)

- No Pets / No Smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.

Twin Elk Lodge was very comfortable, incredibly located and up a hill. My family enjoyed the stay and we would recommend the site to anyone wanting to be close to main street but still in a quiet area.

The condo was very roomy and comfortable for our family. It was a little dated but overall good. Fully stocked and could tell that there was attention to detail (fully stocked kitchen, hotel toiletries, etc).
The only "issue" I would point out is that I could tell there had been a cat in the premises prior to us staying there (and it was never mentioned), and as someone who is allergic to cats, I struggled a bit with that during our stay. The condo had been cleaned prior to our arrival but not as deep cleaned as it should've been given that there had been a pet/animal/cat, there. Other than that, it was a good stay overall.
