We had a great vacation at this property. Its next to the walkway to the beach which was absoltely wonderful. Plenty of room in the house, as described in listing. Community pool was great too, wonderful break from the ocean and its a great size. Close to several restaurants and stores but in a quiet area. Only downside, the hottub didnt work. It was repaired while we were there but quickly broke again, ended up only getting to use it 2 of our 6 days.

Not clean at all!!! Random trash found in the rooms. Floor was filthy. Not sure when the place was last mopped. Ants were a big issue in the kitchen and main area. Hot tub broken and wasn’t told about it before arriving there. Maintenance guy showed up to fix it and walked right in to the house without knocking nor did anyone notify us that he was coming. Then it happened again the next day. It was very scary when there is a house full of kids. The website stated 4 1/2 baths but there are only 4. Counting the outdoor shower is NOT a bathroom. This is an issue when everyone hangs out on the main floor and there is no half bath for them to use. All other bathrooms are within the bedrooms. If people are sleeping, especially kids, then you risk waking them. We will not be returning to this place.
