About this villa rental
Villa Le Pozze is an authentic villa surrounded by no less than 32 hectares of woods, olive groves and vineyards, barbecue and private pool ( 7 x 14 x 1.2 - 2.4).
Great location for visiting as many as three regions, Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio, by car from Rome (90 minutes drive) or Lake Trasimeno (20 minutes). And if you want to taste excellent truffle dishes, be sure to visit San Giovanni d'Asso, where a popular truffle fair is held in November. If you are planning a special family reunion or an important celebration, this estate is the right place, as both indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect for unforgettable events.
We have other suggestions for your day trips: Montepulciano 18 km, Cortona 30 km, Arezzo 49 km, Siena 50 km and Florence 110 km. Other information: The janitor lives in the former barn next to the house and reaches the property through the same gate used by guests.

Spacious 96-square-metre master living room with fireplace and stone seats, billiard room, 40-square-metre kitchen also with fireplace and dining room, two bathrooms and laundry room complete the living room floor.
On the first floor instead there is the Compagnia del Cappello room with a small anteroom separating the double bedroom from the bathroom with floor-level bathtub, the Niccolò da Montefeltro room with a double bed and an anteroom housing a baby bed, the room is completed by an en suite bathroom with bathtub, room Ugo dell'Ala equipped with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, room Giacomo Tolomei equipped with a double bed, room Consiglio dei Dodici equipped with a double bed and a bed for a baby, room Ugolino de Sabbatini furnished with four single beds, reading room with fireplace and finally the 10 sqm bathroom with Jacuzzi.
In the 35-square-metre cottage adjacent to the main building there is a living room with kitchenette, fireplace and double bed, TV, air conditioning and full bathroom with shower.
The following might be to be paid extra: Final Cleaning, Heating, Refundable Security Deposit, Tourist tax.
