Super friendly staff, decent breakfast, big pool. Stunning surroundings and good restaurant.
For the first night, the aircon is our room was broken / barely worked. However, the staff were really lovely about it and called out a plumber the next day. When it couldn’t be fixed, they moved us to a different room with good aircon.
No restaurants within walking distance so you really need a car to get around. It’s a shame their restaurant isn’t open at lunch, and it’s not possible to order food (even a small snack) to the pool.

Beautiful building and location, with stunning view of the Tuscany area from the terrace and restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a fantastic place.
The wi-fi didn't reach the pool area.

Beautiful location. Peaceful property with a pool and restaurant. It is a winery itself and the wine tour/tasting was very nice and intimate. It’s less than 10 min drive from the town of Montepulciano which is a great place worth a visit. We spent a lot of time there exploring the streets, shops, restaurants and amazing views of the Tuscan countryside. The staff at Villa Nottola were very nice, very helpful and easy to chat to.

Comfortable well located with good facilities and friendly staff.
Restaurant of poor quality. Ordered famous Fiorentina steak, signature dish at 6 euro per 100g but it was oozing water on the hot tray and tasteless. Housekeeping didn’t clean the floors. No guest laundry or area for drying clothes.
