Enjoyed my stay

Everything! The room was very nice very clean had all the amenities a room should have, dishes water pitcher shampoo conditioner lotion hand soap comfy beds lots of storage space great location no loud guests breakfast was good

It was nothing I didn't like the room was perfect!

I enjoyed the room and property. The full refrigerator and stove top were awesome. The room was clean. Wooden floors.

It did not specify that it was in ARKANSAS instead of Tennessee!!!!! Especially on the booking.com site. I needed to stay in Tennessee for my event which added additional travel time. There is construction around the area which is fine. The parking in the front is very limited, like 20 cars. The rest are in the back of the hotel.

The property is gorgeous, it’s right off of the highway, not far from Beale street, continental Breakfast, friendly front desk staff.

Housekeeping will be the downfall of this beautiful property. I checked in and went out to a NBA game. Came in pretty late with food, wanted to shower and go to bed. The shower had dirt, grime, and visible footprints on the shower floor. Shower walls had some type of “stuff” on them. The shower glass had water stains as well as the shower hardware making it seem as if the shower was missed during the cleaning process. Front desk immediately switched rooms for me and the bathroom was a little better but housekeeping needs to be held accountable. Glass was dirty, floors were dirty , simple aesthetic things like paper towel holder broken and missing paper towels, headboard needed to be cleaned, glass in the bathroom needed to be cleaned, last drawer under the stove visibly broken . Unacceptable for the property not to be a year old yet. I pray they get it together because this property is something special.
