    I stayed for 2 nights from Sep 25 to Sep 27. Although my stay was fully prepaid, the staff made a mistake during check-in and charged me $100 for one night. I was told I would be refunded later, but no refund has been processed yet. Since there is no direct way to contact the hotel, I am currently reaching out through customer support. The property itself is a basic, average motel, but the service was just okay If hotel management sees this review, please process my refund immediately. *The male staff member with bronze hair who handled my check-in should be aware of this issue.

    They don’t show a tv in the pic when u book so when u check in it’s a extra 20 for a tv lol I have never booked hotel and this happened and no ice machine microwave or refrigerator in room the worst experience ever and couldn’t get refund
