The metro station is very close, the Southwark Park is few streets away and you can walk to the Thames river as well.
Just a minimal thing, the heat is really stuck in the apartment and when I was there in London was 30-35 degrees Celsius.

Propre - pas loin des transports en commun - 10 minutes a pied en marchant normal - métro un bus aussi à 5 minutes à pied - idéal pour 2 personnes

Price. It was basic and met what we needed. It was clean
Location. If you are not comfortable in London, I would not chose this place. It's in an ex-counsel estate. Feels kind of dodgy. The elevator did not work.
